POSITIVES…
Liked the premise of this movie, and the straightforward simplicity of the plot.
Natalia Dyer is just perfect in the role of Alice. Really captures that naive, confused, innocent character that is suddenly confronted with a sexual awakening.
A lot of the charm and enjoyment of this story, is seeing what Alice is going to do in this movie.
Had fun with all the sexual innuendos and jokes.
Loved some of the running plot threads, like the reference to Titanic, and about a certain name for a sex act.
The general themes and lessons of the story are things you just can’t ignore in life, and that’s worth being exposed to by this film.
NEGATIVES…
If you are religious, you might find this movie a little one-sided and blasphemous to watch.
Relies on some tired plot tropes and cliches.
Almost eye-rolling unbelievable to see some of the poor decisions certain characters make in the movie.
